Navigating these difficulties can lead to feeling disconnected & split from oneself, burnt-out, & being confused about the future. Therapy is a great place to build a secure sense of self that helps you feel calm & centred even through the most difficult times. Together we can heal the disconnection, build coping strategies to recover from burn-out & develop strength from the challenges you face.
