Hi, I’m Kirsty, welcome to my page.
My aim is to provide you with a warm, inviting, comfortable space that we can co-create your version of safety in. I am a holistic practitioner who is open to encompassing all the parts of you, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical.
I’m a Dramatherapist -a creative psychotherapist that can offer creative ways to support, guide and inform you throughout our time together. Together we can utilise art, movement, voice, music, story and drama to explore your story.
That being said; talking, not talking or simply just being together can sometimes be enough. I will make offers for exploration but you always have a choice to say yes or no.
