I am a person-centred counsellor offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for adults, teenagers, and couples. I believe in working alongside you, at your pace, to explore the challenges you’re facing and help you reconnect with your own strengths and inner resilience.
My approach is rooted in empathy and genuine understanding, whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or life transitions. I have experience supporting clients through a range of complex emotions and situations, with a particular focus on trauma and its lasting impact.
Having knowledge and certificates in different modalities I adapt the way I work to suit each client, as every client is unique, and everyone works well with different approaches. I do this by integrating therapies to best suit the individual needs of each client.
I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make positive changes in your life and relationships.
I find that people come to counselling for many reasons, whereby they have reached a point in their life that they want some support in gaining some understanding of their reasons for accessing counselling.
