I am passionate about working with parents as I know how challenging and under-supported parenting is! Perhaps you are struggling to manage your child's difficult behaviour and emotions? Or maybe you are feeling confused by times when your reaction to your child seems disproportionate and out of your control? Perhaps you would like to find more closeness and connection with your child and enjoy parenting more? Maybe you would like to explore the best ways to support your child with their emotions and behaviour in a way that builds their current and future mental health and resilience?
I offer kind, non-judgemental, practical and emotionally intelligent support with all aspects of parenting. I offer a connection-based, authoritative approach to parenting that is rooted in evidenced-based approaches related to the importance of attachment relationships and attuned, emotional support to build children's emotional well-being and resilience.
I offer parenting consultations, courses and also individual therapy for parents, and I love to work with parents to empower them to find what works for them in their own unique family. In all my work, I am passionate about equipping people with practices for their own and their children's emotional well-being that they can use in their everyday lives.
