If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, or you are struggling with relational issues or recovering from relational/family trauma or abuse and are looking for a different approach that creates lasting change, I offer a compassionate/somatic approach with tools you can use in your daily life. I work online only with couples and individuals across the UK. I welcome diversity including all body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, working inclusively with GSDR, religious and political values. I have personal experience with Neuro Diversity; I welcome clients curious/questioning/diagnosed neruodiverse
I’m trained in integrative approach. I explore a client’s history and needs, touching on different approaches, to get a sense of what will work best for my client to connect with & process emotions, working with trauma informed/somatic approaches & techniques, including felt sense, self-compassion, EFT to change your relationship yourself and your emotions
