If you are feeling stuck, perhaps struggling with poor sleep and physical health difficulties and have stopped living life in the way you would like, I can help you. If you are experiencing low mood, anger, anxiety or low self-esteem, let me help you to find ways of coping with these difficulties in a way that will improve your overall wellbeing and help you live a more fulfilling life. I am down to earth, genuine, caring and compassionate.

I have worked in the field of Psychology since 2003. I initially worked in mental health teams before developing expertise in Clinical Health Psychology helping people with difficulties related to physical health, pain or sleep. More recently I have specialised in helping neurodivergent people with aspects such as adjustment, burnout or past trauma.

I use tailored, evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, ACT, CFT and CBT to help you understand how your difficulties developed, factors keeping these going and ways of helping to break vicious cycles and change old behavioural patterns. I would be delighted to help you improve your emotional well-being and achieve your goals.

My main areas of interest are neurodiversity and the impact of physical health conditions on mental health.
