Hi, I'm Kirsty — an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist with a strong specialism in supporting young people, including those navigating the impact of trauma as they make sense of themselves in a changing world. I also work with adults processing trauma, anxiety, addiction, and relationship challenges. As a mum of two teens and a manager in a youth residential setting with school experience, I offer a warm, inclusive space shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
What matters most to me is seeing people grow—watching confidence build, self-esteem strengthen, and real change take root. I understand how important trust is in the therapeutic relationship, and I work hard to create a space that feels safe, honest, and free of judgment.
