Many people come to therapy recognising that although relationships matter deeply to them, they continue to experience painful or recurring patterns — anxiety in relationships, people pleasing, fear of abandonment, conflict avoidance or difficulty trusting others.
These patterns can feel confusing and frustrating, particularly when you are self-aware and trying hard to create healthier relationships. Often, however, relational difficulties are rooted in much deeper emotional experiences and attachment patterns developed over time.
I am a psychotherapist focusing on relationship dynamics, attachment and emotional patterns. I work with adults who want to better understand how their early experiences, coping strategies and relational histories may be shaping the way they experience intimacy, boundaries, conflict, self-worth and connection today.
Over time, therapy can help you develop greater emotional resilience, clearer boundaries, better decisions and a more secure, healthier relationship with yourself and others. My approach integrates psychodynamic, relational and attachment-based thinking suited to adults who are seeking deeper relational understanding rather than surface level solutions.
