I am committed to enabling individuals to live a more fulfilling life, by helping them move in the direction of their values and goals. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Southampton in 2011. My Clinical Psychology training enables me to work flexibly, adapting a broad range of approaches to the needs of my clients.
My practice is evidence-based and integrative; I predominantly draw upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I use a person-centred style, tailoring my approach to the needs of those I work with.
I hope to convey empathy, compassion and warmth, and provide a non-judgmental safe space for the individuals I see. Together we can form an effective working partnership in understanding the difficulties, and move you forwards towards living your life more fully in accordance with what is important to you.
