Life can throw us unexpected challenges that sometimes we find too much to navigate on our own. I offer a kind, non judgemental space to explore the things you choose to bring to therapy. This is your journey and I feel it is a privilege to be alongside you. It may be difficult but I will be right beside you. I am an open and honest person that cares. I offer a supportive space to talk freely and one that I hope that you feel safe in.
I completed my placement working with clients on the Autism Spectrum and also with clients with ADHD. I have lived experience of neurodiversity.
I am an integrative therapist. Which means I can draw on several therapeutic approaches to best help you on your therapeutic journey. This also includes creative therapies that sometimes may feel more comfortable than talking. This includes drawing, writing and using objects to depict stories and emotions. I also offer walk and talk therapy.
