Developing a supportive, non-judgmental relationship to facilitate self understanding, new insights and to help individuals find new ways of being. EMDR is my preferred way of working with trauma & difficult memories that have helped shaped you into the adult you are today.
I have 15 years counselling experience, short term with Anxiety and Depression within NHS services and longer term within my private practice and community charities. My Integrative approach is a humanistic one, providing Rogers core conditions while using useful tools like CBT, mindfulness, TFT tapping and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing EMDR
