Hello, I’m Kirstie. I’m a UKCP registered psychotherapist working in-person in West Sussex and online to where you are. I offer an integrated therapeutic approach including EMDR, psychoanalysis and hypnotherapy as part of a range of psychotherapy interventions, to help you make the changes you need to move on with your life. The treatment you receive will be as unique as you are, to help bring about deep and therefore lasting change. Therapy is collabrative, we will work together in helping you make the changes you want to make in your life.
I trained at Masters Level in integrated psychotherapy including psychoanalysis, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and polyvagal therapies. I specialise in working with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, and functional disorders. I am also trained in behavioural therapy and coaching for ADHD.
The broad range of approaches that I am trained in and the way that I combine these will completely tailor your therapy to you. My practice offers privacy, space, and support for you to take the time to focus on the issues and goals you have and to help you explore what you want from your life in a non-judgemental environment.
