I specialise in working with trauma and C-PTSD, supporting survivors of abuse and neurodivergent adults.
You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand.
You might struggle with anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, or relationship difficulties, feel disconnected from yourself and others.
You may feel shut down, or feel constantly on edge or burnt out.
You may have experienced trauma, loss, stress, or spent years coping, masking, or putting others first.
You may need calm and a greater self-understanding of yourself rather than just pushing through life.
I offer a calm, relational, trauma-informed approach, working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I focus on how difficulties developed, not just managing symptoms. I work with trauma, sexual violence, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, dissociation, low self-worth, and all symptoms of neurodivergence.
I offer sessions via video or phone only.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been misunderstood or let down before.
I offer over 13 years’ experience, I offer a calm and compassionate space where you don’t need to have the right words or rush the process.
You’re welcome to reach out if you’re curious about whether this feels like the right fit for you.
