I understand how daunting it can be to begin therapy. I work with you to help you make sense of things & find meaning and purpose in order to move forward and feel less lost.
I provide a calm, safe, non-judgemental space, where you feel accepted, understood and heard in complete confidentiality. As an integrative therapist, my style is flexible and holistic to work with your needs as they arise. We are all unique and therefore my approach is tailored to each client and their goals, whether short term or open ended therapy.
We all have the capacity to make the changes needed to move forward when we are given the time and patience to understand ourselves better. I work in a warm, authentic and compassionate way.
