Life can be difficult, and the stories we tell ourselves can often limit and block us in leading the life we truly want to lead. Through my work as an integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of different approaches, to assist you in meeting your particular needs and goals. I use the relationship we gradually build together to shine a light on understanding other relationships in your life, to better understand yourself, and develop the resources to live more authentically.
My experience spans several years, and areas. This includes working with adults in an NHS secondary mental health service working with trauma, PTSD, OCD, anxiety and depression. I have worked with bereavement and all types of loss in the charity sector. As a parent, and from experience working in the perinatal field, I support parents to find a way forward.
I offer a compassionate , non-judgemental space to explore what's brought you to therapy. I believe there is no 'one-size fits all' approach. As an integrative therapist, I will draw-upon and tailor different approaches to your specific needs and goals to get to the root of what's brought you to therapy and help you move forward.
