I work with people who need help navigating relationships in light of abuse. I help people make sense of their experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. You are not alone and can improve your life.

My clients often arrive in therapy wondering if anyone would believe them. Sometimes their experiences feel 'like a movie script' and that nobody would understand them. Through therapy, we unpack their experiences, and place a vocabulary to what they have gone through, ultimately leading to healthier patterns of interaction in their lives and relationships.
