Through counselling I believe we have the rare opportunity to be heard and accepted and to discover our own unique strengths. I offer a safe and accepting space to help you make sense of your problems and work towards your goals. I trained at masters level in Pluralistic Therapy which means I use a range of strategies from different counselling methodologies. This is always done in collaboration with you and reviewed regularly to make sure we understand what you find most helpful.

An an author I specialise in using creative writing methods and journaling alongside other creative techniques. I also believe in the restorative power of nature and enjoy using the outdoor environment in my work. My other interests include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Inner Child work.

Establishing a good relationship is a vital part of successful counselling. I offer a free first session for us to get to know each other, discuss the kind of work we might do together, and so you can make sure I am the right fit for you personally.
