I have worked with many different presentations throughout my career in the NHS, Charity sector and HM Prison service. My experience and training can give you the confidence in my practice as I provide you with an individual approach; tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together we can explore how to improve your situation by equipping you with the necessary skills and techniques to move forward and maintain change.
I am a Counselling Psychologist and highly experienced CBT practitioner; holding full accreditation with the BABCP. CBT is the recommended therapy for depression and Anxiety by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) and NHS; rooted in evidence based research. It is a very practical and collaborative approach; effective in treating ill health .
