Many people seek counselling when life begins to feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, bereavement, relationship difficulties and issues around self-esteem.
Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, stressed or unsure how to move forward.
My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can explore what is going on for you, understand patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, and develop healthier ways of coping so you can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
I work from a person-centred foundation and use an integrative approach, combining CBT, psychodynamic thinking and solution-focused techniques.
I have specialist training in trauma and addiction and aim to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies and build resilience to create meaningful and lasting change.
