I am a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience working in the NHS within adult mental health and physical health services. I have extensive experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and providing individual and group treatment, to adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties (including mood disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders). I have a particular interest in the impact of trauma and shame related difficulties.
I completed my doctorate training in 2005 (Southampton University). Since this time, I have continued to practice in the NHS. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and I have Health & Care Professional Council registration. I undertake regular professional development activities to ensure safe and effective practice.
