People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost. You might be grieving, or carrying a quiet sadness, anxiety, or sense of numbness. Some clients say they feel stuck, unsure of who they are or what they want. Others are moving through a breakup, burnout, pet loss, or a major life shift. It’s not always easy to name what hurts, only that something feels off, or missing. Often, there’s a longing to feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and alive again. Therapy with me offers a calm, steady space to pause, breathe, reflect, and gently come back to yourself.
I specialise in grief and loss, low mood, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. I support clients through bereavement, breakups, work stress, life transitions, pregnancy loss, and pet loss. My role is to help you connect with what’s there and support you in finding a way forward.
