My career within a transpersonal frame has focused on creating a safe space for those seeking support, using action methods and expressive therapies to facilitate insight, empowerment and healing. I specialize in psychodrama, and incorporate techniques including therapeutic sandtrays containing symbolic figurines and objects for nonverbal exploration; hypnotherapy accessing the subconscious mind's powerful resources; and regression accessing the subconscious; and art providing creative self-expression.
Whether you present with depression, anxiety, grief, low self-worth, anger issues or emotional blocks, I aim to facilitate your process. My role is guiding you to confront your inner shadows, heal past wounds, resolve inner conflicts and ultimately transform into your best Self.
My clients range from individuals challenged by life transitions, trauma or self-limiting patterns; to couples conflicted over intimacy and communication issues; to groups seeking connection and skill-building. I create a safe, nurturing space for people to share their deepest hurts as well as realize their highest potentials.

This transformative one-day workshop is designed to align with the spiritual energy of February—a month of cleansing, intuition, and emerging light. Through powerful experiential practices, we will clear old patterns, open the heart, and ignite intuitive clarity as we step into personal power and embrace the spark of new beginnings. Open to all seeking personal exploration and development, the workshop draws on action methods, art and visualisation.
