I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner. I have years of experience working with clients to help them reach their goals using evidence-based interventions and in accordance with NICE guidance. I utilize supervision to ensure I am working with you in the most effective way. To make good progress using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), clients should be willing to engage with weekly appointments as well as practicing skills in-between appointments. We will work together to decide upon the best treatment for you to improve your life.
I have particular interest in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Social Phobia, Low Self Esteem, Depression, Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia, Health Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder and phobias. Taking part in therapy can be emotional; please be assured I will support you every step of the way.
