As an integrative counsellor/psychotherapist, I draw on a range of theoretical ideas enabling individuals to explore their issues and develop greater self-awareness. I work with adults and children aged 11yrs and over and have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to; anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and OCD.
In therapy, I offer you to share your experiences and feel heard. To understand where you want to get to, and work with you to get the results you are looking for.
