I understand that seeking counselling can be daunting, but I have experienced it to be very rewarding for many people. As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I can offer a confidential, safe and stimulating space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and personal story. Being client-centred, I tailor therapy to your needs as an individual and work with what you decide to bring to each session. 'Integrative' means that I draw upon different models according to you the client.
My experience includes working with: anxiety and depression, relationship problems, attachment, relational trauma, narcissistic and emotional abuse, self esteem, boundaries, shame, divorce, spiritual issues, grief and loss, anger, international background, business / work-based issues, family systems, couples, clergy and use of creative therapies.
I work from the belief that we are all unique and valuable, being shaped by our environment and that change is always possible. My approach is to walk along side you, without judgement, to create a relational space to facilitate personal growth, change and self-acceptance.
