I am a Psychotherapist specialising in sibling abuse, domestic abuse and relational trauma. I use psychodynamic therapy to help you understand and make sense of painful feelings. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, understanding and connection. I draw from integrative therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs to help you process trauma, strengthen boundaries and understand relational patterns to move towards greater confidence and emotional freedom. I am committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported and respected.

I recognise the profound impact that abusive sibling dynamics can have on identity, attachment, boundaries and mental health. I support survivors of domestic abuse to speak out and feel heard.
