I am a BACP registered, qualified and experienced psychotherapist and have worked with many clients with various problems. Many people struggle with their own unique experiencing of the world, which can sometimes feel overwhelming. I am able to provide a non-clinical, non-judgemental, confidential and relaxed environment, to help you safely explore your thoughts and feelings in an attempt to help you gain an understanding and clearer insight into yourself and your problems. During therapy you will hopefully also gain some ‘tools’ to help you deal with life more effectively and in a more managable and healthier way.
I work as an integrative counsellor specialising in, but not exclusively with, loss, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I believe everyone has a unique experiencing of this fast paced world with individual needs. I believe that therapy can offer an opportunity for personal growth and understanding promoting a healthier way of being.
Our world moves and changes so quickly that life can sometimes feel confusing. Life events, experiences and everyday concerns can leave any of us struggling in both our personal and professional lives. Whether difficulties are due to psychological, social or physical pressures counselling can offer support to help you make life clearer and more manageable.
