I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor. I have helped people with a wide range of issues including relationship difficulties, bereavement, childbirth and depression. I am also experienced in working with adult survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
My approach draws upon a range of counselling models and I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). This enables me to tailor my approach to each individual or couple. I also supervise people from a wide range of backgrounds and modalities alongside offering supervision services for organisations.
An initial meeting provides an opportunity to meet with me and decide if what I have to offer feels right for you. I am able to offer a set number of sessions or longer term counselling/psychotherapy this includes working with counsellors in training. Regrettably I no longer accept referrals via health insurance companies.
