Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in ways they cannot fully explain. They may find themselves caught in self-criticism, emotionally shut down, overwhelmed in relationships, or repeating patterns that no longer feel workable.
I work relationally and place importance on what happens in the here and now between therapist and client. Often the ways we learned to protect ourselves in earlier relationships continue into adult life, even when they begin to limit us. Therapy can become a place to notice these patterns more clearly and experiment with different ways of relating to ourselves and others.
I have experience working with men and young adults, and with people experiencing shame, anxiety, identity issues, and relationship difficulties. I work with neurodivergent clients (ADHD and autism) and am LGBTQIA+ and GSRD affirming, offering a space where people can bring who they are without needing to hide or defend parts of themselves.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I studied philosophy and worked in film and television production. I also spent many years practising and teaching yoga and meditation, which continue to inform my interest in embodiment, awareness, and how we experience ourselves in the world.
