I aim to provide a nurturing space where you are freely able to explore any themes or issues. You may find it challenging to seek counselling whether you have done so before or it is your first time. For this reason, I ensure to offer an authentic and empathetic approach, to help you gain awareness, clarity and acceptance of any past and present experiences.
I have worked with survivors of the tragedy of Grenfell Tower, offering both one-to-one counselling as well as family support for the past 6 years. I have also been providing counselling during the Grenfell, Brook house, Covid and Post Office Inquiries. I offered counselling at South London Refugee associations.
I am qualified with MSc in integrative psychotherapy and a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups. A Diploma in Psychodynamic and Integrative Counselling. This means I am equipped with a range of supervision and counselling skills so that I can adjust to your own personal needs, as not a single approach can apply to all situations.
