I am a passionate and experienced counsellor. I am trained as an Integrative counsellor, which means I draw on different approaches to suit your needs and what works best for you. This may be the first time reaching out for support, engaging in therapy provides a safe space for you to feel heard, understood and valued, as well as discovering more about you and what's going on in your internal world.
I am a trained bereavement counsellor having worked for 4 years at my local hospice. I have a particular interest in anxiety, family conflicts, stress, trauma, men's mental health and wellness, but not limited to only these.
Finding a therapist may feel quite overwhelming, I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space. Life can at times be difficult and hard to navigate through and we need that extra support and someone to speak to about our challenges.
