Hi, I'm Kevyn. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, affirming space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind—whether it’s identity, relationships, trauma, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, gender identity, trans experiences, polyamory, non-monogamy, kink, grief, self-confidence, and more. I also have over 10 year experience in bereavement, loss, and abuse. Finding the right counsellor matters, so I offer a free 30-minute phone or video call. Let’s connect and see if we’re a good fit.
I am a person-centred counsellor, which means I offer a warm and safe space where we would work together to help you find the answers you are looking for. I will never judge you, but will stay with you as we explore what you are feeling and what matters to you. I am also trauma-informed meaning I know how to keep you safe through challenging topics.
The most important thing to me, is your wellbeing, part of which is finding someone you can trust and build a relationship with. I believe that together, we can work towards any goals. And if you don't have any goals, that's fine too. It's not unusual to not know where to start, or what you want to achieve.
