Hi, I'm Kevyn. I am a queer counsellor that can help you with LGBTQIA+ issues, including gender identity questions, trans experiences, sexuality, polyamory, consensual non-monogamy / ethical non-monogamy and kink. I've also got experience helping with bereavement, abuse, trauma, anxiety, low moods, confidence and many other areas. Most importantly, it can be hard or scary to make that first step to contact a counsellor so I want to work with you to make that as easy as possible, so offer a free, 30-minute introductory phone or video call so we can get to know each other.
I am a person-centred counsellor, which means I offer a warm and safe space where we would work together to help you find the answers you are looking for. I will never judge you, but will stay with you as we explore what you are feeling and what matters to you.
The most important thing to me, is your wellbeing, part of which is finding someone you can trust and build a relationship with. I believe that together, we can work towards any goals. And if you don't have any goals, that's fine too. It's not unusual to not know where to start, or what you want to achieve.
