Psychotherapy for men is vital as many face silent pressures around work, family, and identity. Therapy offers a safe space to explore emotions, relationships, and challenges, helping men manage stress, build resilience, and create balance in their personal and professional lives. I work with men facing challenges such as addiction, sexuality, sex, relationships, anxiety, depression, loss, and midlife transitions. Together we explore the deeper struggles beneath the surface, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to build resilience, and find healthier ways of coping and connecting.
I believe that our early experiences, learned behaviours, and unconscious patterns have a powerful impact on how we feel, think, and relate to others in the present. Therapy with me is about making sense of how past experiences continue to shape current emotions, behaviours, and relationships.
Additionally, I have held senior roles including Head of a Counselling Institute and Senior Lecturer in counselling training. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an HR Director, gaining valuable insight into people, organisations, and the pressures of modern life—insights that continue to shape and enrich my therapeutic work today.
