I offer counselling sessions to adults and children from the age of 12 years. Experience has shown me that no two people are the same - each of us has a different story to tell that has been shaped by our own unique past experiences and relationships. This understanding forms the basis of my approach to therapy and the way in which I work with people.
When facing difficult challenges or emotional discomfort in life, reaching out for support is an important first step towards change.
