As an accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with a BSc. in Psychology and an MSc. Integrative Psychotherapy, I’m here to help you navigate any psychological challenges you may be facing. I specialise in trauma and other emotional concerns, including sexual assault, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. The relational-developmental psychotherapy I offer provides a supportive space that is a different experience from your other relationships—this space is 100% yours. Together, we’ll explore what you bring to therapy, tracing the roots of your experiences to better understand and work through them.
I use a blend of theories and therapeutic techniques to gently uncover the root of your present issues. Many current challenges often stem from past incidents. Together, we will explore how these experiences have impacted you, your relationships, and your worldview.
