About
Hi there, I offer a free 10-minute conversation as it is important that you feel suited to your therapist. I am UKCP accredited and have treated many issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and sexual assault/abuse over the past five years. I have a BSc., degree in psychology and MSc., in integrative psychotherapy, both enabling me to provide treatment that improves mental health, e.g., relationship/attachment issues and low self-esteem. Having experienced the therapy process during my training, I understand the importance of a non-judgemental, confidential, and safe space and this is the environment I provide.
The psychotherapy I offer works on the core principle that events in our past may shape our present lives. Relationship difficulties, for example, can be the result of early experiences we are not even fully aware of. By speaking with myself, such issues (and many more) can be brought to the forefront and discussed at a pace to suit you.
You are invited to attend an introductory conversation to get to know one another and discuss your reasons for wishing to attend therapy. You do not need a specific goal, perhaps just to better understand yourself. Seeking support is often challenging and you have achieved the first step. I hope I can help you. I have Tuesday/Wednesday daytime availability.
