I am Kerry, local to Wiltshire. Working as a Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist, I take account of the whole person, emotional, physical and mental. I am Integrative and trained in many theoretical approaches and use the Tri-Phasic Trauma model ensuring a steady process of stabilisation, processing and integration so healing feels manageable, not overwhelming. I work with a range of issues including Trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety and relationships. I too have partaken in my own therapy, and this allows me to know what it feels like to be in that chair.
Its important to offer a secure, confidential space for you to talk freely without judgement so I work in Trauma Informed way, for your safety. This is your time and space to talk of what you need, with me listening with a genuine empathy and curiosity to your issue. Life can be really tough but maybe we can tackle this together at your pace.
