I am an an integrative therapist working in private practice. I offer counselling to individuals over the age of 16 for a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and conditions relating to neurodivergence. I have a great deal of experience (both lovied and professional) in autism and ADHD, and deliver CPD training to other therapists on this subject. I am also a traininee supervisor and can also offer low cost counselling supervision until the summer.

I work in a lovely, bright and airy office in Weston offering an integrative approach to counselling. This means I am able to draw upon a wide range of theoretical approaches and tools to work in a way that suits you best. I offer long term counselling if desired and do not limit the number of sessions that clients attend.
