I work in a holistic, intuitive, transpersonal and creative way. I have 20 years of experience and my training in psychotherapy, shamanism, creativity and play therapy enables me to work with all ages in various ways bespoke to the individual. Some people prefer solution focused/coaching others need a more trauma informed approach.
My intention when I work is to support clients so they become more empowered and resilient. To find their voice and expression in the world. To rediscover or unearth their true potential to work towards their goals whether that is more happiness, success, healing family wounds or building confidence.
I feel I can offer my experience which is very varied. I hold the value that I work alongside my clients and I trust that they will take what they need from the sessions. I always appreciate that therapy can be challenging so I always offer practical tools to support clients through this process. I am always humbled by the courage it takes to go within.
My own journey has informed the way I support others. I myself went through therapy in my teens which set me off on my path of looking inward at my own thoughts, behaviours and questioning life. I enjoy helping others to become unstuck and help them to conquer their own shackles/limitations to remember who they truly are and find what they truly want in life
