Hello, I’m Kerrie Chandler, a qualified and accredited Play Therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting children and their families. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and child‑led space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through their challenges at their own pace. I have spent many years working with children of all ages, including those with additional needs, neurodiversity, attachment difficulties, trauma histories. Surrounded by nature, my therapeutic space has been thoughtfully designed to help children feel, safe, able to express their feelings, process difficult emotions.

I work creatively using play, storytelling, art, sand, movement, and metaphor to help children explore feelings, build resilience, and grow in confidence. In the playroom, children can explore emotions safely, rehearse new coping skills, and build a stronger sense of self—all within a supportive, attuned therapeutic relationship.

My practice is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for each child’s unique story. Play Therapy allows children to express themselves in ways that words sometimes cannot. My approach is child-centred and led by the belief that every child has inner ability to heal when given the right emotional support.
