Deciding to start therapy can be a daunting idea and finding the right counsellor can be overwhelming. Within our work it's my belief that the counselling relationship is key, and I look to provide a warm and accepting environment, whereby you feel seen and heard. At the start of your journey we will look to build the trust between us and explore what makes a safe environment for you. We will work collaboratively exploring what brings you to counselling, managing your expectations and any goals you might have. I believe in your autonomy and encourage feedback throughout the process about how you feel this is going.
I've worked with both young people and adults ranging with variety of areas including anxiety, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, depression, trauma, grief and victims of narcissistic abuse. I've also had the opportunity to support those are neurodiverse including ADHD and Autism.
I believe everyone is unique in their journey and how they experience life. Being an Integrative counsellor means I can work in a variety of ways, enabling me to adapt to what best suits you as an individual.
