I am a Chartered and Registered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. I offer a calm, safe space to explore complex feelings and patterns — especially for those who find it hard to trust or fear judgement, and who want to understand themselves more deeply, not just ‘cope’. Therapy here is not about perfection — it’s about honest transformation.
I draw on models such as Schema Therapy, EMDR, DBT, CFT and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand deep emotional patterns, heal shame and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My approach is compassionate but honest. I will support you to face difficult feelings and develop strength and self-connection.
