Perhaps you’ve become really good at holding everything together, while quietly wondering when you get to put some of it down.
Hi, I’m Kenyatta, a BACP registered counsellor, and I believe we are never a finished product. Life, relationships, identity and the experiences we carry all shape us, and sometimes the ways we’ve learned to cope no longer feel quite so helpful. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and get curious about what you might actually need.
I’m an integrative, relational therapist, which means I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I draw from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Mindfulness based approaches, but most importantly, I want our work to feel human, warm, collaborative and honest, with room for both difficult conversations and a little humour.
You don’t have to perform here. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or have everything figured out. You can simply come as you are. We’ll start there.
If you're interested in reaching out to see if we could work together, you're welcome to get in touch for a free consultaton call.
