I work with individuals to help them gain confidence in actualising their potential and in developing meaningful relationships with others. During this process, we will collaborate to understand our psychological experiences, including our thought patterns and behaviours, as well as our past experiences. I prefer working with people who are curious about themselves and are eager to take proactive steps to enhance their lives. If you seek a therapist who employs a structured, action-oriented, and reflective approach, please continue reading below.
In my approach, I draw on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My services cater to a diverse clientele, including refugees and asylum seekers, individuals involved with the justice system, and performing artists. I conduct and publish research on social/performance anxiety.
You are welcome to contact me via email to let me know your needs. I do not respond to phone calls given the amount of daily enquiries received. We can have a brief chat to explore whether there is something useful I can offer you.
