As an integrative counsellor and therapeutic coach, I’m passionate about providing a warm, empathetic, and empowering space for my clients, and I'd love the chance to do the same for you! My specialties include supporting clients who want to prioritise their own self-development, and helping those experiencing depression, grief, burnout, identity issues, and difficulties in their relationships (with family, friends, or partners). I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life, especially including those who are new to therapy (or talking about themselves at all!), neurodivergent, or from minoritised ethnic groups.
The very core of what I do is creating a safe and comfortable space, where clients feel they can open up and be fully accepted and supported, so they can find clarity and solutions to what's troubling them without the fear of being judged or left to do it all on their own. I’m here to support you no matter where you're starting from or where you want to go.
I would love to hear from you if you're wanting to take positive steps in your life, whether that involves healing from the past, better understanding the present, or planning and preparing for the future.
