I offer a calm, welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can be you. Counselling sessions can be face to face, online or walk and talk therapy is available.
Sessions can include mindfulness techniques, use of creative interventions or mixture of both as well as talking therapy.
Within therapy together we can explore, recognise, understand your emotions and experiences that have been the driving force of your thoughts and behaviours.
In an supportive space where you can talk freely, challenge your negative thoughts and beliefs whilst working towards a positive change.
