“Ken is an exceptional therapist who truly stands out for his authenticity and direct approach. He combines unwavering honesty with insightful, straightforward guidance, making him not just a therapist but a life-changer. His support is rooted in both respect and raw, constructive feedback, allowing for real growth. What makes Ken is remarkable is his ability to connect deeply with his clients, offering clarity and practical advice while always keeping things genuine and transparent. His impact is profound, empowering people to navigate life's challenges with confidence."
I have experience and training in Grief and Bereavement (esp. loss of a child), PTSD, Anger Management, Relationships, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Addiction, Coping With Change and Personal Development. In addition I have worked for the NHS Acute Psychiatric Team in adult and CAMHS, working with inpatients with a wide variety of mental health challenges
I'm a bit of a maverick, never been good at following other people's rules. You will find me unlike any counsellor you have dealt with before. I will treat you like a human being and talk to you 'normally' and openly. We will work in a way which best suits you and your needs rather than in any predetermined format.
