Kelsey has many years of experience working therapeutically with children and adults and is an accredited Counsellor. From your very first enquiry she will aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Whatever is going on for you right now, Kelsey will work with you to help you find better ways of managing and coping. Kelsey works with a wide range of issues.
Kelsey works in an integrative way, she is experienced in a number of different ways of working therapeutically. This means you get sessions tailored to your specific needs. You will feel listened to and your feelings understood and validated through her compassionate way of working. There are no issues that are too big or too small to bring.
Sessions are available in person, online or on the phone. Kelsey has a central location with easy street and car park spaces right outside. You can reach her by rail and public transport. Sessions can be arranged on a long or short term basis and a free introduction call is offered as a starting point.
