As a qualified Psychologist (HCPC Registered), I can offer a range of modalities including CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-based therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. I provide an understanding setting to help you explore your current difficulties.
